By purchasing from  this website, you are agreeing to the below shipping terms and conditions:

 

Shipping rates are displayed when you reach the check out. These calculated based on the weight/size of your order.

 

Express Postage Australia wide is an option when checking out for most products.If you require express post and you do not see the option, it may be due to the weight/size of your order. In this case please contact us for a custom shipping quote for your requirements.

 

All items are sent with authority to leave. If you do not wish for your item to be left unattended, please choose the option for signature on delivery.  Signature on delivery is an option when checking out. Please choose this option if you wish to sign for your item and do not give authority to leave. If you do not choose this option you are giving authority to leave your item unattended if you are not available to accept the delivery. This is at your own risk. If you do not see the option for signature on delivery under the 'shipping method' options, please leave a note with your order that you wish to sign for your item.

 

Please  leave any delivery notes in the order notes when placing your order.


 My Natural Beauty Ship to anywhere in Australia. International Shipping is also available (may exclude some products). 

 

We are located in Sydney, Australia . Most orders will be dispatched quickly and within 1- 3 business days from the time you place your order. On occasion if an item in your order requires us to order the item in or during busy periods such as holidays or sales, up to 5 business days may be required to process your order. If your order cannot be shipped with 7 days from your order date, we will contact you to advise of any delay.

 

We use Australia Post standard parcel service (with tracking) or a range of couriers through SENDLE (with tracking) and delivery takes approximately 1 to 6 business days depending on your location. The delivery method will be chosen by My Natural Beauty depending on which is the best method for your delivery address.

 

My Natural Beauty cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or stolen after delivery. If Australia Post or SENDLE has marked your item as "delivered", unfortunately My Natural Beauty cannot take responsibility for the item after that point. If you have any concerns for your item being left if not home, please ensure you choose the shipping option that says 'signature on delivery' when checking out. If this is not listed, please leave us a note for 'signature on delivery' so that you will be required to sign for it. Otherwise your order will be delivered as "authority to leave" which means it will be left in a safe place if no one is available to sign for it.

 

We are more than happy to ship your item as "signature on delivery", however you must  choose this shipping option or if not listed leave us a note on check out to ensure this instruction is applied to your order.

 

Express Post with Australia Post is also an option on checkout (1-3 business days). Generally it is next business day after it ships, however it depends on your location. You can check the Australia Post website for how long Express Post takes from Sydney to your location.

 

Please ensure the address you have for shipping is correct as we take no responsibility for incorrect addresses. If the item is returned to sender and requires additional postage to resend to the correct address, this will be the responsibility of the buyer.  Return to sender shipping costs may also apply. If the item is lost due to an incorrect shipping address being given, this will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please check carefully the shipping address you provide prior to ordering. Please check your order confirmation email and notify us immediately of any errors.

 

Please note that any  estimated delivery date provided is an estimate only and not a guaranteed date of delivery. This is based on the shipping service, your location and a variety of factors. It is an estimate only to be used as a guide, however please note 1-6 business days is the standard average time provided by Australia Post and SENDLE. Therefore, please allow up to 6 business days shipping and 1-5 business days handling to receive your item. If not received by that date please check the tracking status and with Australia Post or SENDLE , otherwise please contact us. If your order has not arrived after 11 business days (Australian customers only). Please report items not received within 21 days of your order to ensure we can lodge an enquiry with the carrier to investigate the missing item.

 

If you have any specific delivery instructions, please leave us a note at check out (e.g. leave at reception (include Business name), leave at front door if unavailable etc, Signature required etc). 

 

Please note that heavy/bulky freight surcharges may apply for very large/ heavy and bulky orders.  Please contact us with any questions.

 

If you have received a damaged item, please take photos and keep all packaging, and contact us within 3 days of your order arriving.

 

Items not received must be reported within 21 days of your order.

 

-My Natural Beauty is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited.

 

-If you are purchasing from this website from an overseas country (any country outside of Australia), it is your responsibility to ensure you are allowed to import the item into your country. Please check with your local customs. My Natural Beauty are not responsible for items ceased by your countries customs. Please ensure you check what you are ordering is allowed to be shipped to your country prior to ordering. Please see further important international Shipping, please see below.

 

- Shipping and handling may take additional time during sales, holidays, and extreme weather events and please expect delays with all carriers during COVID-19. This is beyond our control. Information on delivery impacts of COVID-19 can be found here:

-If your package is taking longer than the estimated times outlined above, please let us know so we can lodge a 'missing parcel investigation' with Australia Post or Sendle. Every missing package will be assigned a unique case number by Australia Post or Sendle and can take up to 2-4 weeks to locate. If not located and deemed lost in transit by the carrier, a refund or replacement will be offered.

 

-If the package was delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the item should be returned to us. To have this package resent to the correct address, additional postage charges will apply.

 

- Shipping is only available on weekdays (excluding Australia Public Holidays).


-A shipping surcharge may apply for large and bulky items.

 

-Please feel free to contact us prior to purchasing if you have any questions about this shipping policy.

 

-If you are an international customer, feel free to contact us prior to ordering if you wish to be quoted for shipping costs and approximate shipping times to your country. Usually the shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If this does not occur please contact us. 

 

IMPORTANT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

Please understand that it is your responsibility as the customer, to be aware of entry requirements for products purchased from My Natural Beauty and non-arrival of goods due to these requirements does not constitute as grounds for refund or exchange of purchase by, or liability to, My Natural Beauty. My Natural Beauty cannot advise of these requirements. Please check with the customs authority in your country prior to purchase.

 

Depending on your location, you may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the international shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them in your home country. My Natural Beauty cannot advise of these charges as they are determined by the courier and taxation laws in your delivery country.


My Natural Beauty will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery. We request that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned. Please check with your customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

 

LOCAL PICK UP AND CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICES- 

Sorry, we no longer offer local pick up. We are an online store only and we do not have a shopfront to offer local pick up or click and collect services. Walk ins are not accepted.  Please order via our website and we will ship your order to your address.
