Ideas for using My Natural Beauty’s Organic Acai Powder:



Acai is very easy to use. There are 3 easy options we suggested for use.






Simply add a teaspoon (or more if you like!) to your blender or stir into any food or drink. Or you can simply sprinkle on yoghurt, cereals or any other food for an added antioxidant boost.


Blend 1 heaped teaspoon (approximately 3g), or higher dose as required, into 200ml water, coconut water, non-dairy milk or juice. Also delicious blended into your favourite breakfast bowls and smoothies.


Acai bowl recipe

Mix, Blend or sprinkle 1-3 teaspoons over yoghurt, oats, muesli,  desserts, snacks or baked goods, or add to your smoothie or drink of choice for an extra boost of nutritional benefits. Alternatively, create an acai berry smoothie bowl layered with various fruits, nuts and toppings. If preferred, you can simply add our Organic Acai Berry Powder to 200 ml of water in a glass or shaker and stir or shake until completely dissolved.

Smoothie bowls are nutritious and beyond delicious. Acai bowls have become a popular dish thanks to their bright colour, blending varieties, and wide assortment of toppings you can use to suit your taste. They are not only highly nutritious, they are also extremely delicious! They are a popular breakfast, however they can be enjoyed at any time of the day and also make a wonderful snack or mouth-watering dessert.   The below recipe is more of a basis of ideas than a recipe. This is completely flexible and you can be creative and use whatever you like. The main basis of a smoothie bowl is blending your chosen ‘to blend’ ingredients and putting these in a bowl. Then top with your favourite toppings. Suggestions are below. Be creative and make it your own.

Suggested Ingredients:




Quantities can be adjusted according to your taste and desired consistency. The list is not set, these are just some suggestions.


  • My Natural Beauty’s Organic Acai Powder
  • Frozen banana (makes it super sweet and super creamy)
  • Any frozen fruit. Some suggestions are frozen mango, frozen blueberries, strawberries, cherries, dragon fruit and/or blackberries.
  • Yoghurt(such as Greek yoghurt, coconut yoghurt or any yoghurt you like)
  • Liquid (e.g. regular milk, plant milk, coconut water, juice or water)
  • Lemon or lime (can also be used to squeeze over the finished bowl)
  • Collagen Powder (optional- this is an ideal recipe to add your collagen powder to if you use collagen daily).
  • ice


Other great options to add or substitute any of the above are:


Frozen or fresh avocado, a tablespoon of coconut cream, peanut butter, hemp protein powder etc.


Acai Australia



Pour your blended concoction into a bowl and top with your desired toppings. Some suggestions include:


  • Pineapple wedges
  • Passionfruit
  • Kiwifruit (sliced)
  • Apple sliced into thin wedges.
  • Any freshly sliced fruit
  • A handful of your favourite granola, coconut chips, toasted buckwheat and/ or toasted and chopped nuts and seeds of your choice.



Other great options to add or substitute any of the above are:


Frozen or fresh berries, hemp seeds, black seeds, LSA mix, chia seeds etc, sliced banana, mint leaves,  any seasonal fruits, nuts, seeds etc.





  1. Place the ‘Blend’ ingredients of your choice into a blender. Blend until smooth.


  1. Pour mixture into a bowl, then top with the suggested toppings of your choice. Or be creative and top with any toppings you desire or have on hand. Squeeze a little lemon or lime juice over the fruit.
