Sports/Bruising and injury gel contains Arnica Montana Flower known to manage the pain and swelling associated with bruising, strained and stiff muscles. Stiff Sore + Sorry Sports Bruising and Injury Gel contains natural ingredients and active substances that assist in the healing of sports injuries and soft tissue problems.

Stiff, Sore and Sorry is a natural formulation using the finest ingredients at strong concentrations to bring relief and healing to ailments and injuries. It assists in injury, muscle and bruising recovery. This relief gel is especially useful when these injuries become persistent and present with symptomatic discomfort. It alleviates and assists in the management of long term complaints.

How Does It Work ?

Arnica has been used for medicinal purposes since the 1500’s and is well known for its successful management of swelling and pain associated with bruises, sore & strained muscles, joint problems, contusions, post operative bruising and discomfort, and treats the symptoms of osteoarthritis, rheumatism, gout and other inflammatory diseases. It also contains the combination of essential oils – Wintergreen, Lemon, Clove, Peppermint and Eucalyptus. Their properties are analgesic, anti rheumatic, anti arthritic, antispasmodic, anti inflammatory, anaesthetic, circulatory stimulant and carminative. They aid in relieving muscle pain, joint problems, lumbago. They stimulate blood circulation and lymphatic drainage to extract the toxins and acids from arthritic conditions, injuries and trauma, induces muscle relaxation and reduces swelling.

Ingredients:

Arnica Montana, essential oils including Wintergreen (traces of Methyl Salicylate), Xanthan Gum and Potassium Sorbate (0.8%). Now with Comfrey added.

Directions for use:

For external use only on unbroken skin.
Apply to injury 3-4 times daily or as recommended by your healthcare professional. For best results the gel can be applied before and after sport or strenuous activity.
