Please note that while this recipe uses natural ingredients, homemade sunscreens may not provide reliable or consistent SPF protection compared to commercial products. Always exercise caution and test a small amount on your skin first. My Natural Beauty cannot advise on SPF. Homemade sunscreens can be a fun DIY project, however they should not be relied upon for serious sun protection, especially during prolonged sun exposure or for vulnerable skin types. For best results and safety, use a commercial sunscreen that has been properly tested and rated for SPF or have your DIY product tested for SPF by a professional. When adding zinc oxide powder to any homemade product, it is, of course, always advisable to consult a professional to ensure that it complies with your skincare and sun protection needs.
